We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business System Analyst/ Product Owner to join a dynamic team working on the development of a new credit risk assessment system. This role is crucial for driving the development and implementation of the system and involves coordinating a team to ensure successful project delivery.
Main responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Client to prepare and specify requirements for the new credit risk assessment system
  • Analyze and define existing systems’ development needs
  • Coordinate a newly formed team for project delivery purposes
  • Document epics, features, user stories, and create visual diagrams (UML, BPMN, etc.)
  • Utilize Agile principles to prioritize workload while managing risks, e.g. lead regular Scrum ceremonies
  • Coordinate and manage integrations with external systems, ensuring smooth communication
  • Ensure regulatory compliance while keeping usability in mind
Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Experience coordinating Agile development teams
  • Skilled in requirement documentation (Azure DevOps or similar)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to coordinate complex system integrations
  • Experience defining epics, features, user stories, definitions of done, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with SQL databases
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English

  • Experience with JIRA
  • Experience with REST API integrations
  • Experience with GraphQL

    Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the candidate's level of competence and experience.
Hiring process
  • Application Review. We’ll contact shortlisted candidates to schedule a first-round interview
  • Initial Interview. The first interview will be conducted by our HR team member and will focus on understanding your background, motivation for applying and clarify any questions about the role
  • Technical Interview. The second interview with the senior team member will be focused on your technical skills. This could include case study, problem-solving questions or a coding challenge
  • Final Interview. The final interview with the hiring manager and the client involves deeper discussions around team dynamics, long-term alignment, and cultural fit
  • Offer & Onboarding. If selected, we will extend a job offer with details on compensation and next steps
