Mid Back End Developer | Team Lead
Back End Team Lead • Kaunas, Lithuania • Full TimeAre you a proactive and experienced Back End developer looking for an opportunty to become Team Lead while contributing to the evolution of both external and internal systems of our client? We're seeking a talented .NET Developer to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania, with an option for remote work.
In this role, you'll be working with cutting-edge technologies to maintain and develop high-quality solutions for our client.
Main responsibilities
- Develop and implement new and existing features to enhance functionality
- Rebuild internal systems: new services, smooth rollouts, retiring legacy parts
- Collaborate closely with the team to implement client requirements and create new systems
- Apply best practices for clean code
- Manage technical debt and ensure high-quality implementations
- Lead and mentor the development team
- Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies
Requirements
- A minimum of 2+ years of .NET experience and Entity framework
- WCF experience
- MSSQL experience
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Strong written English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with React
- Experience with Blazor

Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the candidate's level of competence and experience.
Hiring process
- Application Review. We’ll contact shortlisted candidates to schedule a first-round interview
- Initial Interview. The first interview will be conducted by our HR team member and will focus on understanding your background, motivation for applying and clarify any questions about the role
- Technical Interview. The second interview with the senior team member will be focused on your technical skills. This could include case study, problem-solving questions or a coding challenge
- Final Interview. The final interview with the hiring manager and the client involves deeper discussions around team dynamics, long-term alignment, and cultural fit
- Offer & Onboarding. If selected, we will extend a job offer with details on compensation and next steps
