Mid Front End Developer

We are looking for a Mid Front-End Developer in Kaunas (or partially remote) to work on a new administrative front-end application. The role involves implementing new onboarding forms and other UI components, ensuring high-quality code standards. Our tech stack is modern, featuring the latest versions of React and TypeScript, functional components, and hooks.
Main responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a new administrative front-end application
  • Implement new onboarding forms and UI components
  • Ensure high coding standards using the latest React and TypeScript features
  • Work with React functional components and hooks
  • Follow and establish coding best practices and patterns
Requirements
  • 3+ years of React experience
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript
  • Experience with React Hook Form, especially for complex multi-step reusable forms
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with Zod or other schema validation tools
  • Experience with GraphQL
  • Knowledge of the Emotion styling library

  • Salary between 3000 – 4500 gross / month.
    Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the candidate's level of competence and experience.
Hiring process
  • Application Review. We’ll contact shortlisted candidates to schedule a first-round interview
  • Initial Interview. The first interview will be conducted by our HR team member and will focus on understanding your background, motivation for applying and clarify any questions about the role
  • Technical Interview. The second interview with the senior team member will be focused on your technical skills. This could include case study, problem-solving questions or a coding challenge
  • Final Interview. The final interview with the hiring manager and the client involves deeper discussions around team dynamics, long-term alignment, and cultural fit
  • Offer & Onboarding. If selected, we will extend a job offer with details on compensation and next steps
