This is the most popular alternative to the Staff Augmentation approach. Here’s how it works – a client comes up with a new (or already ongoing) project and asks Toughlex to get involved. We provide assistance with designing products, developing architectural solutions, identifying requirements, and conducting analyses. The client also has the option to use the same team that was formed to work in accordance with the Staff Augmentation approach. Preparations for the switch are made without interrupting the provision of development services.
To ProjectsTech Partner
Switching to Tech Partnership is a bigger leap than going from the Staff Augmentation to the Project approach. With Tech Partnership, we take full responsibility for the project and make all development-related decisions ourselves, consulting the client only on strategic issues. If necessary, we can even take over the client’s IT department and start leading the project from there. The change doesn’t happen overnight, as we need to first prepare a roadmap for our new role as tech partners. Preparations for the switch are made without interrupting the provision of development services.
