We are seeking a Senior Backend developer (.NET) to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania, with an option for remote work. Join a highly experienced team developing self-service portals and various internal administrative systems for our client.

Main responsibilities
  • Develop enterprise-level service clusters comprising internal systems, self-service portals, and various administrative tools
  • Lead the development of backend solutions, ensuring client requirements are well-interpreted and that technical decisions consider cost, deadlines, code quality, and scalability
  • Maintain software quality by updating the codebase (.NET, libraries, and tooling) and addressing technical debt
  • Investigate and resolve support tickets requiring deeper technical insight
  • Collaborate with other senior developers to propose and discuss architectural solutions for complex challenges
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience with the .NET framework and Entity Framework
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
  • Proficient English communication skills
  • A willingness to share knowledge, expertise, and best practices with the team
Nice to have
  • Knowledge of Docker or GraphQL
  • Experience with microservices architecture
  • Experience with enterprise-level systems
  • Experience with API gateways (i.e. Mulesoft)

    Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the candidate's level of competence and experience.
