Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack developer (.NET and React) with a preference for backend development to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania with an option for remote work.
You will become part of a highly experienced team that is developing self-service portals and various internal administrative systems for the client.
Our team is focused on continuous learning, and by joining us, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills not only through developing new features and maintaining the system but also by observing and participating in architectural design.
Main responsibilities
  • Develop an enterprise-level service cluster containing internal systems, self-service portals and various administrative tools
  • Lead the development of features by ensuring that the client needs are correctly interpreted and that optional technical decisions are made, taking into account the cost, deadlines, code quality, future extensibility etc.
  • Maintain the quality of the provided software by keeping the codebase (.NET, Typescript, React versions, used libraries and tooling etc.) up to date and resolving various technical debt issues
  • Investigate and resolve support tickets when deeper insight is required
  • Work with other senior developers to propose and discuss architectural solutions for bigger challenges
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience with the .NET framework and Entity Framework
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with React and TypeScript
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
  • Proficient English communication skills
  • Desire to share knowledge, expertise, and best practices with the team
Nice to have
  • Knowledge of Docker, GraphQL

  • Salary between 4500 – 5500 gross / month.
    Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the candidate's level of competence and experience.
