We are looking for a dynamic and tech savvy Account Manager to manage and grow existing key client relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for strategic planning, account management and will be required to take full ownership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to account management.
Main responsibilities
  • Drive business growth by managing key client relationships and developing new and existing sales strategies
  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
  • Monitor and manage software development service delivery
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, prepare reports
  • Attend industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve company objectives and goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • Experience with IT project management or account management
  • Experience with Atlassian Jira, Confluence and MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

    Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the candidate's level of competence and experience.
