We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania, with an option for remote work.
Business Systems Analyst will contribute to the development and enhancement of our client self-service systems, various internal tools and platforms, and analyse integrations with both internal and external APIs.

Main responsibilities
  • Analyze client needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements
  • Document system requirements using tools like Azure DevOps or similar platforms
  • Formulate Epics, Features, User Stories, Definition of Done, and Acceptance Criteria
  • Analyze and coordinate integrations between new and existing systems to ensure seamless functionality across the client’s ecosystem
  • Engage with multiple 2nd-party vendors and client Product Owners to align requirements and resolve issues
  • Draft activity, entity relationship, BPMN, UML, and other diagrams to visualize processes and relationships
Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Experience working as part of an Agile team
  • Hands-on experience with REST API integrations between systems
  • Proficient with SQL databases
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other requirements documentation tools
Nice to have
  • Experience drafting diagrams like BPMN, UML, etc., to convey processes and system relationships effectively

  • Salary between 4000 – 5000 gross / month.
    Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the candidate's level of competence and experience.
Hiring Process
  • Application Review. We’ll contact shortlisted candidates to schedule a first-round interview
  • Initial Interview. The first interview will be conducted by our HR team member and will focus on understanding your background, motivation for applying and clarify any questions about the role
  • Technical Interview. The second interview with the senior team member will be focused on your technical skills. This could include case study, problem-solving questions or a coding challenge
  • Final Interview. The final interview with the hiring manager and the client involves deeper discussions around team dynamics, long term alignment, and cultural fit
  • Offer & Onboarding. If selected, we will extend a job offer with details on compensation and next steps
